Today’s post is a little off the topic of computers and programming. A few months ago I discovered a random blog called “Just a Blog”. It’s about someone in Wyoming who is going to middle school. I don’t know what in the world did it, but I became very interested, and I subscribed to the blog’s feed so I could be updated.
The posts are usually rather depressing. They almost all include something bad: a friend lost, a boring day, school troubles, and so on. The most common theme is friendship. A few posts wrote about losing friendships, wondering if the current friendships can be maintained, etc. A few times I wondered if it was self-pity, but often she writes about both sides of the story very honestly.
This is where it gets really weird, and I wonder if I lost my mind. (more…)
